This machine includes the feeding machine and packing
machine. The feeding machine will align the chiclets from the
hopper into a line in the feeding tunnel by electromagnet vibrator
and then send these chiclets into the packing machine. The packing
machine takes these chiclets and packs 4-10 chiclets into a stick
with one aluminum foil and outer paper separately. The biggest
advantage of this machine is that the dual-tunnel for feeding and
package machine is adopted. Thus the packing speed is improved
greatly. The performance of this machine is steady and reliable
under running. This machine adopts excellent electric appliance, PLC
control system, a frequency converter for infinite speed
adjustment, photocell system and automatic compensating function
with servo motor for accurate cutting of the outer paper,
operator-machine interface for setting, amending and saving all
parameters during running. The protection covers are used in the
mechanical driving parts. This machine is designed for massive
